The EDGE study
Genetic testing can help us find out about a bit more about ourselves, where we come from and how likely we are to develop certain health conditions. Deciding whether to have these tests depends on a series of factors, including our personality, our views about these tests and other psychological aspects.
This study aims to examine if/how certain aspects of who we are or the way we feel about our genetic make-up would influence the decisions we may make about genetic testing and our health.
To take part in this study, you need to be:
18 years or older
No experience with genetic testing is required
Taking part in the study requires you to complete online a short (approximately 15 minutes) and anonymous survey, which which you will be asked to answer general questions about yourself and genetic testing.
